Nothing or NO ONE can defeat you, but yourself!!!!

I've come to believe that life will teach you lessons of growth
daily!!!
I've come to believe that forgiveness starts with myself,
Forgiving myself first, before I can move forward into the process of forgiving others and then setting the hurt free.!!!!!!! 

"Dog Tired"

I've also wondered about the saying "being dog tired"

So, watching my dogs for a couple of minutes, I eventually got it.

Anger

What is it about "anger" that scares people?
Well my anger is starting to scare me!! So thats where I start today.

I took the first step today, went to see my Psychologist, and we had a very expensive and loooooooong discussion.  He wanted to know, what triggers my anger, and the short answer was: I have a list of triggers, so he listened and then gave a loooong sigh -

Long story, short version - I was given a new perscription for Tranquelisers.

My Truth - Swallow the Tranqueliser and NOBODY gets hurt.
